How is your daifuku made?
Each daifuku is handmade fresh daily — no shortcuts, no store bought pastes. We steam and pound a glutinous  flour mix into soft chewy mochi skin, then fill it with in-house crafted fillings made from premium ingredients.
We offer a wide variety — from classics like matcha and red bean to fun, seasonal creations like ube, pandan, egg tart, and peanut butter.. There’s always something new to love!
Only the Red Bean Daifuku is vegan-friendly. The rest contain dairy or non-vegan ingredients.
Yes — all ingredients are halal-certified. No alcohol is used.
All our daifuku and mochi are freshly handmade daily — from the mochi skin to every filling, all crafted in-house from scratch with no store-bought shortcuts. This means we don’t add preservatives, and freshness is key to enjoying the best texture and flavour.
Here’s how to store and enjoy them at their best:
🍓 Daifuku (with fresh fruits):
  • Refrigerate immediately upon receiving.
  • Best enjoyed on the same day.
  • Can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days, but texture may harden slightly.
  • Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours — the fresh fruits inside may spoil
  • Extended or improper storage may result in a tougher mochi skin.
🍡 Regular Mochi (without fresh fruits):
  • Freezer : Can be stored for up to 10 days
    • Keep mochi frozen until ready to eat. Thaw overnight in the fridge or at room temperature for 30mins before serving.
  • Fridge: Store for not more than 2 days.
    • Always keep in an airtight container to prevent drying out.
We use premium imported strawberries, selected based on seasonal availability. While we always choose the best variety for size and quality, the sweetness may vary slightly depending on the harvest — as we do not add sugar or preservatives to alter their natural taste.

How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed through our website. You’ll receive a confirmation email after payment. Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder, or contact us via WhatsApp/email.
Yes — please send us message via whatsapp at least 3 days before delivery. Changes are subject to availability and management approval.
We accept: Credit/debit cards, Online bank transfer, Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay
All our recipes are made in fixed batches, so we’re unable to adjust sweetness or swap fillings. This ensures consistency in taste and quality across every piece.
As each daifuku is individually handcrafted, slight variations in shape, size, colour, or presentation may occur. These differences are a natural part of artisanal production and do not affect the quality of the product.
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number so we can assist you accordingly.

Delivery & Pick up

Do you have a shop?
We don’t have a physical storefront — just a central kitchen located at 18, Jln KPB 18, 43200 Cheras, Selangor. The exact address will be shared again upon order confirmation.
Yes! We deliver via Grab or Lalamove car services within a 50km radius from our kitchen.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If anything is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo.
Delivery fees vary based on distance. Free delivery may apply with a minimum spend — see our [Delivery Info Page] for full details.
We’ll do our best to deliver within your selected time slot, but exact timing isn’t guaranteed. For urgent deliveries, you may arrange your own driver or opt for self-pickup.
We aim for punctuality, but traffic or unforeseen issues may cause delays. For time-sensitive events, we recommend selecting an earlier time slot or arranging your own delivery.
Absolutely. Just make sure it’s a car (not a motorbike) to protect the items. Please provide your order name and number to the driver.
Yes — any last-minute changes may incur additional charges, depending on the driver’s availability and willingness. We recommend confirming your delivery details early to avoid extra fees or delays.

We don’t deliver to individual units or inside malls. All deliveries are handed over at car-accessible lobbies, drop-off points, or guardhouses — locations where drivers can stop without parking fees or violations. For hotels or landed restaurants, delivery will be made to the reception
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the selected delivery address, date, and time. If the recipient is unreachable during the arranged slot, the delivery fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. The driver may leave the items at a designated drop-off area, such as the guardhouse or reception.
If a second delivery attempt is needed, it will only be arranged upon request. An additional fee will apply, calculated based on the return distance from our kitchen to the recipient’s location.
