Your Joy, Our Promise

At Mumumm, we lovingly craft each piece by hand — with joy, care, and the freshest ingredients. While all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. Here’s how we handle those rare moments:

Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
1. Items Not in Good Condition
If your mochi arrives melted, crushed, or spoiled, please:
  • Contact us within an hour of receiving your order
  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • WhatsApp us with your order number
❗Items must be unconsumed and untouched beyond inspection to be eligible.

2. Received the Wrong Item

Received a flavour you didn’t order? Oh no!
  • Notify us within an hour
  • Send photos of the wrong item(s) and your order number
  • Ensure the product remains untouched and unconsumed
We’ll assess and issue a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup, please notify us at least 2 days in advance.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
⚠️ Orders that are already prepared, packed, or scheduled for delivery cannot be rescheduled.
 

Refund Process

All approved refunds will be issued as store vouchers, valid for 1 year and redeemable exclusively at mumumm.com only.
🚫 Exceptions
  • Late Deliveries caused by weather, traffic, or third-party courier delays are not eligible for refund.
  • Out-of-Stock Flavors: If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately and offer either:
    • A full credit store  voucher, or
    • A refund via your original payment method.
